• Exercise munition design for a DoD agency, 1999 & 2000.
• Subject matter expert and scenario development for the ongoing BALTEX series of exercises - Baltimore, Maryland, 1997-1998.
• Overall exercise controller, scenario development and subject matter expert for the Baseline Exercise, New Haven, Connecticut, November 1997.
• Scenario development and subject matter expert for Exercise Terminal Breeze - Washington, DC Metro Area, September 1996.
