Custom Database
Design
Due to the dynamic nature of the CBW field, PSG has
developed specialized versions of our proprietary products to meet specific
customer needs on many occasions. Some examples include modifications to enable
the inclusion of unique data, or facilitation of special security
requirements.
We have also developed specialized databases to meet urgent
field requirements. The system used to track recovered chemical munitions
during Operation Safe Removal was developed and installed by PSG within 36
hours of notification of the requirement.

Feedback
At PSG, our products are continually in a state of
improvement. We encourage users to provide feedback, which will allow us to
improve our products to meet their needs. We firmly believe in providing
functional products that support user demands, but cannot always anticipate the
many ways our products are utilized. Therefore, we will react to user input as
quickly as possible, and provide updates based upon the urgency of the
information. At PSG, customer feedback is a vital part of the development
